• Refunds are available within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Setup fees, if applicable, are non-refunded.
• Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.

2. Domain Registration

Due to registrar policies, domain registration fees are non-refunded once the domain is registered. However:

• If a registration error occurs on our part, we will correct it or provide a full refund.
• Domain renewals are refundable within 5 days if not yet processed.

3. Website Development and SEO Services

Custom services like website development and SEO are subject to the following:

• Refunds are evaluated case-by-case based on project progress.
• Deposits or initial payments are non-refunded after work has commenced.
• If we fail to deliver agreed-upon services, a prorated refund may be issued.

4. Developer Hiring Services

Payments for hiring developers are non-refunded once a developer is assigned to your project, unless we fail to provide a qualified professional as agreed.

• Services used beyond the refund period.
